LED oder Halogen oder sogar eine normale Glühbirne?

Das sind alles Ersatzbirnen für meine Leselampe. Leider kann ich nicht herausfinden, um welche Art Leuchtmittel es sich handelt.
Sollte es LED sein möchte ich sie aus Rücksicht auf meine Augengesundheit nicht mehr für die Leselampe nutzen. Denn mit wieviel Kelvin sie leuchten, ist ja ohne Verpackung nicht mehr festzustellen.
Also, wer kennt sich wirklich aus und kann mir helfen?
