Wie schlimm ist der erste Hilfe Kurs?

Ich hasse es vorne an der Tafel zu stehen das ist für mich das schlimmste und ich hab gehört man muss beim erste Hilfe Kurs paar mal nach vorne und dann was machen vor den ganzen Leuten. Stimmt das? Ist der erste Hilfe Kurs so schlimm?
