Помогите, я больше не могу войти в Google

Я пытался войти в систему, как уже много лет, через свой компьютер, но Google просто говорит: «устройство нам неизвестно».
Что бы я ни делал, я больше не могу получить доступ к своей учетной записи Google. Моя девушка тоже.
Пароль правильный, он тоже правильный, но гугл мне просто выдает сообщение "Устройство нам неизвестно". Мы пытаемся как-то войти уже больше часа, а вчера вечером уже два часа, но уже не получается. жестокое что...
Я чувствую себя издевательством со стороны Google. И теперь Google меня очень раздражает.
